Let’s get into what Emotion Code is…

It’s based on unresolved emotional experiences and traumas that become trapped in the body, causing physical and emotional distress. It  identifies and releases these trapped emotions to promote healing and overall well-being.

Emotion Code = Identification + Release + Healing

The Emotion Code is based on our bodies having an energy field, and when negative emotions become trapped in this field, they can disrupt the body's natural energy flow, potentially leading to physical and emotional ailments. By releasing these trapped emotions, it allows the body's energy to flow more freely, promoting health and well-being.

Different areas or aspects of the Emotion Code via muscle testing include:

Muscle Testing: This is the primary diagnostic tool used in the Emotion Code. It involves testing the strength or weakness of specific muscles in response to various stimuli. Strength in a muscle can indicate the presence of a trapped emotion.

Identifying Emotions: Muscle testing is used to identify the specific trapped emotions that may be causing imbalances or issues in the body. Practitioners often use a chart or list of emotions to narrow down and pinpoint the trapped emotions.

Heart Wall: The Emotion Code also focuses on the concept of a "Heart Wall," which is believed to be a protective barrier made up of trapped emotions around the heart. Muscle testing can be used to identify the presence of a Heart Wall and the specific trapped emotions within it.

Releasing Trapped Emotions: Once trapped emotions are identified, muscle testing can be used to determine the most appropriate method for releasing them. This may involve using techniques like magnet therapy or intention to release the trapped emotion.

Balancing Energy: Muscle testing can also be used to check for energy imbalances in the body and to assess the progress of the healing process after trapped emotions are released.

Proxy Testing: In some cases, muscle testing can be done on a proxy, this can be done on a surrogate or the practitioner themselves, to identify and release trapped emotions for someone who is not physically present or for when the individual is engaging in distance testing.

Subconscious Communication: Muscle testing in the Emotion Code is often used to communicate with the subconscious mind to gain insights into underlying emotional issues and to determine the best course of action for healing.
