How To Make Almond Milk

Clients have been asking how I make my almond milk from scratch - so I’d thought I’d share how easy it is.

Ingredients: Raw almonds & Filtered water

⁠INSTRUCTIONS:⁠

Take 1/2 a cup of raw almonds and place them in a container. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and store overnight.

Next morning, place the almonds and water in a blender. Once thoroughly blended place to the side.

Grab a bowl and place a cheesecloth over it. Then pour your blended almonds on top of the cheesecloth so the almond milk starts coming through. Grab the cheesecloth and wring out all the milk.

Next pour into a glass storage container and enjoy in your coffee, cereal or what have you.

NOTE: if you’d like to add a bit of sweetness to your almond milk, you can blend up a date with it AND/OR add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

*ALSO - you can adjust measurements of ingredients. Just keep in mind that it is 1 part almonds and 3 parts water!
