Asiago herb bacon biscuits

Start your week off with making these delicious Asiago Herb Bacon Biscuits.

They're perfect for breakfast, to use as a bun for hamburgers and all the in between ways you want to enjoy. Also, they’re gluten free!!

INGREDIENTS:⁠

4 ounces of Full-fat cream cheese (softened)⁠

1 large egg⁠

2 cloves garlic (minced)⁠

1 tbsp of @TraderJoes 21 Seasoning Salute⁠

1/2 tsp onion powder ⁠

1/4 tsp sea salt⁠

1 1/4 cups Asiago cheese (shredded)⁠

1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour (organic)⁠

1/4 cup heavy cream⁠

1/4 cup water⁠

6 slices of bacon (cooked crisp & crumbled)⁠

⁠INSTRUCTIONS:⁠

Preheat the oven to 350. Slightly grease 8 wells of a 12-well muffin top pan⁠.

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and egg. Cream together with a hand mixer. Add garlic, 21 Seasoning Salute, onion powder and salt - mix until well incorporated.

⁠Add 1 cup of Asiago cheese, almond flour, heavy cream and water. - mix all together.⁠

⁠Next add in bacon crumbles and fold in with a spatula.⁠

⁠Using a large spoon or ice cream scoop, spoon the dough into the muffin top pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of biscuits.⁠

⁠Place in the oven and bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown.⁠

⁠Once baked, let then cool off before enjoying.
